In Amsterdam she was known as miss knowitall and had a strong reign over the Amsterdam office. In 2010 she went back to her roots in Curaçao and after a year she took control of the office as the manager.
Since than Mise en Place has grown in to the number one Hospitality staffing provider.
Originally from Sweden, Vanessa came to the island in a small vessel in 1993. As a Scandinavian pirate with Spanish ancestors all the way going back to Christopher Columbus, she first explored the back office and is now responsible for our Brand Ambassadors as of March 2015.

Jorg started Mise en Place during his Hotelschool in 1993. After he graduated he proceded by opening the office in Utrecht and ran the Dutch operation until 2008. In 2009 he opened the office in Curaçao and he emigrated to the USA in 2012.
Jorg is still an advisor and co-owner to the Dutch and Curaçao companies.
